The ultimate guide to customisaBALL drinks

So, you’ve got your hands on our balls. Excellent choice. Now, let’s get you sipping on something ridiculously good.

How do you use them?

Can you just chuck them in anything and expect magic?
Short answer: almost.
Long answer: keep reading.

The basics: how many and how much?

For a full-flavoured drink

10 balls + 350ml of water
Let them do their thing for a couple of minutes, then stir.
Tastes like: soda, cordial, or juice (but without the plastic bottle).

For something lighter

2-4 balls + 350ml of water
Same deal—wait a couple of minutes, then stir.
Tastes like: flavoured water, but way more fun.

For something in between

5-8 balls + 350ml of water
Again, patience. Then stir.

Basically, you’re in control here.
More balls = stronger flavour. Fewer balls = just a hint.
Unlike pre-bottled drinks, you decide exactly how it tastes. And you don’t have to throw away yet another plastic bottle when you’re done.

CustomisaBALL: mix, match & experiment

Stick with one flavour or mix it up.

Bold berry + pear = juicy, fruity goodness
Orange + classic cola = citrusy twist on a fave
Cola + sparkling water = DIY fizzy cola

You’re basically a mixologist now. Tag us in your wildest flavour combos—we wanna see what genius (or chaos) you create.

What can you put them in?

Tap water – because paying for bottled water when it comes out of your tap for free is a scam.
Sparkling water – fizzy without the sugar bomb.
Cocktails & mocktails – ditch the artificial syrups and upgrade your drinks.
Smoothies – because sometimes your fruit needs a little backup.
Iced teas – mix with cold tea for a flavour boost.

Avoid

Milk or dairy-based drinks – unless you’re into weird science experiments.
Boiling water – extreme heat isn’t their vibe. Don’t boil your balls.

Top tips for maximum enjoyment

Shake or stir – If you’re using a bottle, shake it like you mean it. Otherwise, a solid stir will do.
Be patient – Our balls are compacted to stay fresh. They dissolve layer by layer. Warmer water speeds it up, but cold is worth the wait.
Experiment with ice – some flavours hit different when chilled. Try freezing your mix into ice cubes.
Take them anywhere – super lightweight, no mess, no plastic. Perfect for on-the-go sipping.

Ditch the bottles, keep the flavour

Incrediballs exist because 500 billion plastic bottles a year is ridiculous. No plastic waste, no shipping water, just tiny balls packed with big flavour. So go on—mix, match, experiment, and make the perfect drink your way.

Tiny balls. Big impact. Endless possibilities.
